The police on Saturday 31st January, 2015 at arrested KB of Welches on a default warrant. However whilst the officers were processing the defendant officers discovered a quantity of suspected cannabis in ten (10) dime bags on the defendant.
The defendant was also charged with possession of a control drug to-wit cannabis and taken before the court on today’s date, Monday 2nd February, 2015 where he was granted bail with one surety on a EC $25,000.00 bond.
KB is to return to court on Tuesday 7th April, 2015.
